London's West End encorporates a large area of the western end of central London from Trafalgar Square in the south to Oxford Circus in the north and Marbel Arch in the west. It's a fantastic area to shop with famous streets as Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street, there are shops on each and every corner! The West End contains all the leading department stores such as Selfridges, John Lewis, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer's. Additionally, you will find fashion boutiques containing clotihng from the designer names such as Stella McCartney, Burberry and Alexandra McQueen. The heart of the West End is in Piccadilly Circus, from where theatreland spreads itself across a square mile. This the entertainment centre of London, with pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants and all the major theatres showing long runnig hit shows such as 'The Lion King', 'Mamma Mia', 'Les Miserables' and 'Mary Poppins' but to name a few.
