Wonderful value for money. Great location. First room offered had been used by a smoker, reception tried to persuade us it was non smoking bur reluctantly moved us eventually.
Small complaint otherwise perfect. My second time staying there.

The hotel is great, but not outstanding. The price is appropriate, but not 'good' value for money.

We realy enjoyed our weekend stay in hotel and would recommend it to anyone thinking of spending a few days in London. The rooms, hotel facilities and service provided by the hotel staff are top class. For the price we paid compared to other 4* hotels we have used in London it was excellent value. The hotel is in a very good location, next to Gloucester Road underground station and Cromwell Road which is a main bus route.It is also within easy walking distance of the South Kensington museums, Knightsbridge (Harrods etc.) and the Albert Hall.

Impressed with ambiance of hotel and standard of breakfast. Only fault was that double bed was requested and two singles were booked. Breakfast was well cooked and a good choice of cereals, juices etc.
