Very nice and with a pub!

Rooms in London can be small, including the lobby. But these rooms are actually big enough for two suitcases! A fan was included with the room to create a wind which made sleeping on a 'warm' nights easier. The pub on site was very good and the continental breakfasts included were very nice. The price for an English breakfast was extra. We would definitely stay there again.

The Tiniest Room in Bayswater

The hotel features a pleasant lobby and reception area, even though the East European staff could do with some hospitality training how to be more welcoming and courteous to guests. Unfortunately, I was given a tiny room, in fact the tiniest room I've ever stayed in.
I was lucky that I was only staying one night and that the weather outside was simply gorgeous because it wasn't the kind of room where one would want to spend even half an hour. On the positive side, the room and the en-suite bathroom were very clean and the bed was reasonable. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend this hotel but I personally certainly won't be coming back -I've stayed in larger rooms in Bayswater area for less.

Two night break in London

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating at all times. Cleanliness of room excellent. We're grateful for the opportunity to store luggage both before booking in time and on day of departure. Small issue with lights fusing in bedroom was dealt with promptly. Very comfortable stay.

Don`t recomend

I booked accomodaion for 2 nights, at arrival at the hotel there was no room for the first night so BWS rented for us a room next door apartments, comparing to the hotel it was much much better, bigger room, brighter, flat tv, balcon, fridge, microwave oven.
For that price its better to go for apartments or just room.
Breakfast-disgusting, only cereals and tosts are good, rest is like a gum from can.
