Hotel is well placed for public transport,shops and eating out - a pleasant park walk takes one into central London. Breakfast good standard. Room problem speedily rectified by staff.Used it before, will use it again.

We found the dining area was a little small for the size of the hotel people had to wait for a table.

Thoroughly satisfactory

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, clean and very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was absolutely delighted to find that the hotel supplied free wi-fi internet access while so many hotels charge for the service. This, in itself, would encourage me to return to the hotel. All told, a pleasant stay. Thank you.
