smallest room ever !

Requestd a double room with shower cubicle,non-smoking, quiet room. We were were shown a room with a bath. Only room available was in the basement, which was a smoking room. Smallest bedroom & shower room I have ever been in. Mattress and base need burning ! Springs completely gone & smelly.Almost impossible to sit on toilet, had to walk backwards to sit. shower too small to bend your head to rinse off.

Accommodation

Hotel was clean. Lack of aircondition made me really uncomfortable. I was dissapointed on the receiptionists who were unpleasant and had no smile on the face.

Good value for money hotel

Good clean hotel, value for money.
Central location - could not fault service, staff or food.
Would use the hotel again.

Reasonable price for the location

I expected a bit more, but finally it's good location, reasonable service, nice breakfast and proximity of tube (3 minutes walk). I can recomend it for a weekend in London, if you try hard you may probably find a better place but overall it's good place.

Very nice and with a pub!

Rooms in London can be small, including the lobby. But these rooms are actually big enough for two suitcases! A fan was included with the room to create a wind which made sleeping on a 'warm' nights easier. The pub on site was very good and the continental breakfasts included were very nice. The price for an English breakfast was extra. We would definitely stay there again.
