Novotel London by Mrs R Quigley

would use again if found nothing better. staff were all very nice and the rooms were clean but basic. we had a problem with our safe not working but it was fixed after 30 mins and 2 phone call. Our friends in the other room had the same problem, also their hairdryer didnt work and the toilet was very noisy. Main problem was the lift. You couldnt get one in the morning to go down and ended up having to use the stairs as got fed up waiting. It seemed to be a cause for complaint with other guests we spoke to.

I believe this hotel is one of your best in London and I always try to book here and tell all my friend to do the same wonderful

Recent Novotel stay

Undergoing refurbishments while I was there. Was put on the floor being refurbished which meant having to use the service lifts/stairs when I wasgetting to and from my room - not ideal. Otherwise all fine.
