Romm was a bit small and cramped, but bathroom was a good size Y bed was comfortable. Breakfast good & staff helpful & friendly. Would use again.

Lovely Hotel!!

Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is stylish, modern and our room was on the 5th floor with a lovely arched window. Although the room was on the small side and there is no much of a wardrobe, it is enough for a 1 to 2 night stay. Breakfast was grand - everything you could wish for (well apart from smell of the kippers - not sure who eats fish for breakfast?!). Air con unit was a bit noisy, but did sort itself out 2nd night. Lovely hotel - but by all means not cheap! Would stay again.

Although the rooms were small, the standard was high and good value for money.

Descent Stay

Pleasant staff and location. Small but clean. Unfortunately for someone who is hearing impaired one cannot go above 30 with the volume on the TV.

my stay at the ambassardors

this is such a lovely hotel and it is in fact my second stay at the hotel in 4 months. it newly refurbished and has elegant surroundings. the room its self was clean and quite open. plenty of room for two people in a double room. maybe could do with more hanging space and shelves in a bathroom but it was only an overnight stay so suited us just fine.
the only unexpected thing was a £50 deposit that had to be left at reception durning the stay and was insisted it was left on a credit card as appose a debit card...why im still not too sure about. i didn't say anything about that in the small print but i ended up paying it cash and recieved the full amount back after our stay.
all in all it was perfectly enjoyable stay and easy to get to and very central.
