unacceptable accomodation
unacceptable accomodation.
upon arrival they attempted to send me to another hotel for the first night of a five night stay with them.
resisting the transfer they put me in a squalid room in the basement, next to a noisy elevator, the remaining four nights were in a better room on the 4th floor (i left after night no.3 and stayed with friends). I trust you will have a word with them...... yours faithfully, m.

Twin room - shoe box
The twin room was very small. The remote control for the TV did not work and it was impossible to chose more than one channel, a local one, not giving us the possibility to follow what was going on around the world.
Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Cheap digs
nice neigborhood, not too far from Bayswater tube station, friendly staff, cheap room (good part)
broken elevator, thin walls with lots of noisy teens, and a TV that gets three stations. "breakfast" was a glass of juice and a nasty bun (bad part)
