Above avarage
Room was small but clean, I did not mind that furniture was not the latest. Bathroom was above UK standard quality (again, very tight but perfectly clean). Clean towels were provided every day.
Breakfast simple but o.k., dining room nice and clean, staff very kind.

a decent stay!
clean, tidy and reasonably spacious rooms, with a huge bed and shower! great location- near a shopping mall to which you can leave your car (£16 for the whole night and day), and about a 10 minute walk to hammersmith underground! also, if you are staying in London and traveling by car, I recomend staying in Hammersmith, as it is literally just outside of the conjestion charge zone!
only complaint with the room, was that the curtain wasn't exactly doing it's job, as only about 3 hooks were atatched!
all in all though, a decent hotel, and great value for money!

Value vs Looks
Great Staff, great value, great location. Could upgrade the look of the rooms. Curtains off rails and torn, water stains on ceiling, back yard looks dingy, front area dangerous at night where stairs to basement are between the 2 houses etc. Wouldn't have to spend much money on it but it would look more pleasant.
