Lovely stay, every member of staff was so helpful & friendly - we will definitely be staying again! The room was spotless and the breakfast kept us going all day!

the accomm was clean and neat and great location. would have been nice if green tea bags provided in room.
breakfast: scrambled eggs were not nice and almost seemed to have been made from powdered eggs or something.

Royal Lancaster Hotel

London Discount Hotel offered an excellent level of service. The Hotel was of a very high standard and accurately described. The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and easy to find.
