Do not stay there - even the lift is filthy

The first room allocated was in the process of being renovated, i.e. headboard on the mattress. The second room stank of smoke even though i had booked a non-smoking room. The third room was OK but the air con did not work properly. The queues were breakfast were so long we were unable to eat - why was the 2nd room not open? Shall never ever stay there again - it was appalling
