LOVELY HOTEL

ROOM WAS REALLY HIGH STANDARD, BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

River Reveller!

What a perfect location and brilliant view of the River Thames. Worth getting a river view...with the London Eye and Houses of Parliament on one side and Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf on the other. WOW!
Staff were extremely friendly and excellent concierge service. Thanks for making our short stay so memorable.

holiday in london

Overall our stay was fine. However in the beginning we
were given a very small room which I had a feeling was a single room with a small bed and defenately not a 4-5 star standard, We were not pleased and not the sort of start to our holiday that me and my wife had expected. After we complained we were given a much better room although it was a connecting room and the sound insulation not the best. Having a coffee machine in the room was nice.

great services, great view from the hotel,not too congested around and it was clean
