The staff were friendly and helpful, the room although small was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast which was included in the room price was first class. Clean and pokey

The room was hardly spacious but it was very clean and did have all facilities - such as tea/coffee, trouser press, haridryer etc. However, as the room was so small it would have benefitted from airconditioning or a room fan - youcould not open the window as the noise from the traffic was bad enough with the window closed.

Victoria / Pimlico

The hotel was clean and functional. The rooms are very small and my daughter and I had to share a bed as there are only two twin rooms available which was not stated at the time of booking. The breakfast was of very poor quality.
