a good option

Well located in the London city centre, quality crown is a 3 min walk away from Gloucester road tube station. An excellent location when arriving by tube from Heathrow airport.
Aspects such as cleanliness, character, sympathy, breakfast and service entirely match levels expected from a 3 star hotel.
A better acoustic isolation between connecting rooms should be improved.

Quality Crown - Kensington

Room was extremely small and very hot - air conditioning or whatever did not work.
Would think twice about using this hotel again.

fine hotel

good continental breakfast, helpful staff, pity about the cooking smells wafting in to room 159. curtains do not exclude light sufficiently, but the room is clean and tidy and shower facilites good. pillows too fat for me.
