Rolling Stones concert

Enjoyed stay.Helpful staff eg in Breakfast/on reception.
Well located for my purposes.
would recommend for those in Docklands.I'm usally more in central London.

Custom House Hotel

Handy for Excel.
Clean, tidy small room. (Rooms in Ibis and Novotel are bigger).
Good shower, plenty of hot water. Reasonable bar.
Staff member on duty at the door of the breakfast room was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast is a typical hotel standard. (Worse than Novotel, better than Ibis).
Would probably stay here again.

Good room, poor breakfast.

The room was acceptable for the price paid - clean and well presented.
The 'continental breakfast' was not of an acceptable standard; slices of ham, sticks of cheese and a choice of yoghurt would not be the sum of breakfast found in a French or German hotel, in my experience. The only bread available was a poor quality thin sliced loaf; hardly continental!
The staff were polite and helpful, particularly those on reception.
