Custom House review by 2 italian tourists

The service was very good. Rooms were cleaned every day and sheets and towels were changed regularly.
The hotel is just opposite to Custom House DLR station, so we could enjoy a really efficient rail link with the city and the central zones of London.
Tea and coffee making facility was quite dirty and full of limestone incrustation, so it was necessary a better check by the hotel.
The price includes a continental breakfast buffet, while a typical english breakfast buffet is aviable at 3£ extra each time.

Comfortable

The corridors are a bit grim, but everything else about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I'd had a bad journey - so it was a relief to arrive. The only mistake I made was to go the wrong dining room for breakfast. The 'full english' I wanted was served elsewhere. I'll know next time.

Custom House Hotel

The hotel was clean and cheap! Unfortunately the Pub was shut for refurbishment which we were not aware of? If you are on a tight budget then this place is ideal.

Missing Jumper.

I had left a piece of my luggage - a white jumper - in my room, which I had instructed the reception to be packed into my suitcase along with the rest of my stuff. I realised only after I reached my home destination that the jumper was missing. I would like to have it retrieved as soon as possible.

Staff welcoming and friendly.
Rooms clean and adequately furnished.
Breakfast fine.
Would reccommend it to other people or use it again myself
