My opinion
We found the hotel to be extremely comfortable, the decor superb and the service of the staff was second to none. We had a lovely stay there and I cannot praise it enough.
Thank you for your quality booking and your good service too.

Jolly Hotel St Ermins
The staff were all friendly, the hotel was ok, in need of some re decoration, very different to internet pictures. One if the first rooms they put my self in was very small, the curtains and bed sheets were both riped, and the room smelt of smoke. When I went to reception and told them, I was told I was wrong it was no smoking in the rooms, (despite there being an ash tray in both rooms), I was then asked if I wanted to pay to up grade, which refused and asked why I should have to pay more to sleep in a room which does not smell of smoke. I was then moved into a much nicer room, more like the 2nd room which my parents had. The Breakfast was ok, but I felt that it was not worth the £8.00 up grade, the fruit was bruised, there was very little cooked breakfast, the baked beans had clearly been there a while, and when my father asked for some more scrambled egg, the chef gave a very blunt yes and walked away. We did Have a nice weekend in London, but I will not be staying in the Jolly Hotel again.
