Saturday night review

Nice design features and the decore in the room. SKY TV was useful, Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work though. Found the iron useful in the room instead of having to hunt one down.
Breakfast was superb. Huge range to satisy anybody.
If I'm in the area I would deffinately stay again.

Perfectly placed, not quite a 4 star standard

This hotel is perfectly situated for a disabled person to explore the sights of London without using the underground. The wheelchair access to the hotel was down a side path which wasn't particularly pleasant and the door was locked most of the time anyway. The staff were helpful but a ramp inside down the 3 steps
to reception would be much better. The lifts were a good size and the room had plenty of room for a wheelchair. Good points were
1. Space of room and clear floorspace
2. No carpet (easier to manouver)
3. Large bathroom/wetroom with sliding doors
4. Clean bedding and V comfortable
5. Safe with combination lock
6. Excellent buffet breakfasts and service
7. Helpful staff.
8. Plenty of hanging space, albeit in front of the mirror !
9. Location for theatres and bus/train excellent.
10. Decent size Lifts for wheelchair and at least 3 people.
11. Spy hole in room door at wheelchair height.
Downsides
1. Wheelchair access into hotel not pleasant.
2. Room heating controls. Cold in evenings even on full setting.
3. No where to hang towels to dry
4. Only One drawer for 2 people to use.
5. One small half cupboard for clothes.
6. Only one bedside lamp
7. Walls in room could do with painting.
8. smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling.
9. No disabled access for use of pool
10. shower stool provided in poor repair and for
light use only.
11. No where to put toiletries when in the shower.
I would possibly stay there again if the price is
not prohibitive. It's location is it's biggest selling point.
