Location Location Location!

Location is spot on, close to Victoria Station and main shopping areas. Room is fine, not amazing but pleasant enough. Staff friendly enough. Enjoyable stay, recommend to others.

For the price, I realize this is the heart of London, however, the accommodations were very small. I requested and paid for a double room, but was placed in a single room. After placing a complaint, I was promptly moved. The internet access in the room did not work and it was a very tedious process to obtain internet access off of the lobby via my own computer. I would think a hotel of this status would have better business facilities. I realise that location is a major benefit for this hotel, but it should not cut back on other amenities that would be typical in this price range.
