Service

I forgot a little plastic tube, that is an important part for a machine i have. Returned to the hotel the day after checking out since we were passing trough London. The staff contacted their cleaning personel and asked if they had found it, when they said they searched the room another time, and then searched trough the trash where they found it. So points for good service

Excellent but with Hidden Costs

The hotel accomodation was generally excellent and ideally located a few minutes walk from Paddington station. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade comprising of a dual level room which was quite unique.
On the negative side, although car parking is advertised with the hotel they omit that there is a charge of £15 per night.
Secondly, the location of the hotel is situated literally within 100m of the Congestion Charge zone which again is not advertised on their site.

There are much better hotels in an equally central location at the same price. However, the staff are very helpful and courteous, the accommodation clean and amenable, and the inclusive breakfast is of good range and quality for the overall price of accommodation.
