The Kings Hotel Brighton is situated at Brighton’s famous seafront, just a short walk away from Brighton Pier and the Lanes.
Originally three private regency residences, they have been transformed into a hotel at the turn of the last century. This modern hotel offers more than 90 bed rooms, many of them with stunning sea views. All bedrooms are non smoking.

The hotel's K Bar offers superb sea views, relaxing leather bucket chairs, an extensive selection of drinks, cocktails, a wide-ranging wine list , attentive service and most importantly open until the early hours (residents only after 11pm)

For breakfast, fresh orange juice, coffee or tea served to your table. Choose from a full breakfast, pancakes layered with fresh berries maple syrup and low fat yogurt, smoked salmon & scrambled egg, whole Newhaven grilled kipper, poached haddock with poached egg, home-made granola served with ice cold milk or fresh fruit with low fat yogurt. Only FREE RANGE EGGS are used!

The Kings Hotel does not operate an evening restaurant service as within a few minutes walk there are literally dozens of outstanding restaurants. The hotel staff will be happy to recommend a restaurant and to make a reservation for you at any Brighton restaurant.

Wi-fi is available COMPLIMENTARY in the public areas and in the majority of bedrooms.
