my stay

We booked in after 2pm check in time but were told our room was not ready,but we were upgraded wich was lovely. the room was lovely staff friendly, drinks completley overpriced to the point of excess but overall we had a good stay would go again

Nice hotel, dull location

The K-West is a cool establishment. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. Breakfast on the weekends is ok, better during the week. On the downside are the location (Sheperds Bush is close to a hellhole) and the cost of wireless internet. Overall, a nice place.

Spacious comfortable room

While this hotel s not exactly in the centre of London (but very near Shepherd Bush tube station) it is easy to get to and comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. i have stayed here a number of times and have never had a bad experience.

K-West, London

Excellent accomodation at a really good price through this discount service. It's hip, but still very friendly to "commoners". You're bound to see music celebs in the lobby. Room was always nice and tidy after returning from a day's excursions. English breakfast was great, but the Continental one was served in the "lounge"/lobby, which was quite busy at times and lacked comfortable seating arrangements. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return!
