What's with the entrance...?

The entrance to the hotel was a bizarre as it was dangerous:- From the road, up a steep flight of steps which had lights that weren't turned on at night - then up a tiled pathway... well some of it was tiled, but the majority were broken & loose or missing....! A definite tripping hazard, especially after a few!
This did spoil what was otherwise a very pleasant hotel.

good value hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel west. The staff was greatly friendly and courteous. We traveled with our children of 1 and 3 years old and we were very pleased to find so nice and helpful people at the hotel. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room had all the best amenities, robes, plush towels, and in room tea service. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from tube station.
We would recommend this hotel to all. It definitely worths the money we paid

Novotel London West by Mr. M. Glenn

A well managed hotel. Greeted on arrival and checking in was carried out efficiently. The young French man on reception was full of Gallic charm. Room - very clean and bright. Effective curtain/blinds. Breakfast delivered to room on time.
The only downside was the low level of the lighting on the bed head. It was impossible to read anything whilst in bed. The bed, however was very comfortable.
Elsewhere, around the hotel, the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Novotel

Normally my stays at this hotel are good-excellent, however my visit on the 26/03/07 was pretty poor. There was no satellite or movie channels available, the internet connection in my room would not work and when I tried the iron in the morning agin this did not work, these things sound small but are frustrating when you are using hotel on a business trip!
