The Lord Nelson Hotel is a good two star hotel in Liverpool city centre, only 2 minutes walk from Lime Street train station offering comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.
The Hotel does not have a restaurant. The DUGOUT Sports Bar offers a wide range of different beers from around the world. Wall to wall plasma screen televisions offer excellent sports coverage.
The newly refurbished residents lounge offers a wide range of premium brand drinks, tea and coffee in quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. Both bars are open from 11 am - 11 pm Mon - Sat, Sunday 12.30 - 10.30 pm but the residents bar will stay open when required.
Rooms are basic but modern and spacious, all have ensuite facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and colour tv.
All rooms were completed in June 2006.
All bedrooms are non smoking. Iron and hairdryer are available at reception.
Due to its location and affordable rates, this hotel is very popular with young guests. The residents bar may stay open until the early morning. Not recommended for guests seeking an early nights sleep.
