"1 single deluxe room"

The title is the room type mentioned on my confirmation.
The room I was given (number 8025) was the smallest I have ever stayed in any 4&5 stars center town hotel in major cities in Europe and U.S.
Space no more than 2 suits to hang, yet an "outdated" bulky t.v. set that was good for nothing than broadcasting BBC1&2 chanels together with an ironing set that occupied at least half the room.....
Certainly not worth of the money I paid...

Excellent Hotel

I couldn't find anything at fault with this hotel. The staff were really lovely and ready to help (even though the hotel was swamped due to the London Marathon). The rooms were immaculate, with plasma tv's, modern facilities and excellent views. It couldn't be at a better location either - right at the end of Oxford Street!!! I would most definately go back without question.

Had issues with the hotel reception when guests tried to check in as they stated that there was a voucher required for each guest - this was not advised
