city inn

This has always been one of our favourite hotels and it is still very good but is starting to look a bit tired. The restaurant is still top notch.
We look forward to our next visit.

Review

Reception: quick, efficient, polilte.
Room: comfortable, clean.
Bathroom: small! Have you tried drying yourself in there after a shower?

Dining room: breakfast nicely presented. Too many eager waiters - 3 different ones asking for the order. It would also be nice to be allowed longer than 2 seconds to elapse before having your empty plate whisked away - nobody likes feeling they're on a conveyor belt!

Consistently good

I have stayed in the city inn many times now and am always impressed by the consistently high standard of service, just be aware of a few small hidden charges Â£4 tray charge for room service and 10% in the bar.

City Inn Westminster

One of the smartest hotels we've ever stayed in. Clean, smart, modern - it is everything you ask for in a 21st century hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.
