A Bit Outdated

We found the staff friendly and helpfull, the accomodation clean but basic, the breakfast was very disappointing.
Would suggest the star rating requires a serious look at.
Having a pool does not warrant an extra star!

Rooms

Room was very small, carpets and curtains were dirty and in desperate need of replacing.
Breakfast was plenty, however hot food was cold, hot plates were obviously not working.
Would return, however would make sure I received a better room.

Train spotting

Although tiny it was a clean single room which, sadly, I shared with every train on the Central Line. I think I hoped for more than that from a 4 star hotel.

I would stay there again

Nice hotel, decent accommodation, good value for money. Only slight drawback is it doesn't serve evening dinner - however, being in Bbayswater there are plenty of restaurants round about.
