My room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent, which are the only two things that mattered to me since I was simply staying overnight prior to a day\'s work in the city. Given the low price, it was excellent value for money.

It is a very good location, and good size room. However, It was very noisy, difficult to sleep . The essentials were not provided -no soap in the bathroom and it seems that we need to bring our or buy one from a vending machine... we don\'t have any information about that when we book the room!

Initial problem when checking in.  They had no record that i had already paid for the room through London Discount Hotels.  
Several minor problems i had following that were handled very efficiently and professionally.  Their staff were very friendly and helpful and showed excellent customer service skills.
Room servicing staff were efficient and excellent.
