very good location

The hotel is first class and value for money. Near Oxford St and the West End.
Would stay again

Everything was very clean, but spartan and out of date.
We would have preferred to have been given the option of a double bed. The toilet door did not shut properly and the window was very hard to open.
The receptionists were friendly , but there were no staff at breakfast time to assist.
