Room was compact but adequate for a short stay.  Location reasonably quiet but would benefit from double glazing.  Breakfast excellent.  Nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful at all times.Would definitely stay there in future - very handy!!

Quiet place in the close proximity to Paddington tube and railwas stations, convinient access to the city centre. Our room was at the upper floor, that was terribly difficult to carry our heavy luggage without any lift and help. The bathroom was quite small and uncomfortable but for a short stay its ok. Friendly staff made our stay pleasant. Free wifi is a great advantage. The room was clean, and towels were changed dayly
