Very relaxing hotel and worth upgrading for a garden view.Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Noise from lifts a bit annoying but otherwise we slept well and breakfast was lovely.I would definitely stay there again.

What a great location this hotel is, right next to Hyde Park, and walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall, and Kensignton High Street....spacious rooms, clean and modern, and excellent staff. Thoroughly recommended.

It was a marvellous hotel, excellent in service and atmosphere.

Breakfast selection was poor.

Good hotel, views over park, upgraded but to a smoking room.  No other choice so let down as we are non smokers. This is the only reason for the slide from awarding 5\'s

This hotel was very good value for money considering it is in london. It is beautiful and the rooms are spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disapointment was the room service food which was not bad but not in standard with the hotel.

an excellent hotel, with superb service. We\'ve stayed in several 4* hotels and would definitely recommend paying that little bit extra for this 5*.
Definitely going back. Only drawback is that it\'s not on the picaddilly line, which makes travelling to the tourist spots take slightly longer.

tea and coffee making facility in the room would have been nice, also a trouser press.
more consideration for resident guests when booking your restaurants for parties.other than that a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel, good value, very comfortable room with fantastic views over Kensington Palace gardens and beyond to the London skyline. Very helpful and attentive staff, shame the car park is so expensive for hotel residents.

Lack of manner on most of the staff, but good for value and comfort.
