"Perfect Location excellent service"

We stayed for three nights in mid October to celebrate two family birthdays which involved some shopping and tickets for War Horse. The location just off Bond Street was perfect. Our room was compact but cosy and well furnished and presented. Our only criticism would be the noise of the air conditioning.Our room rate included breakfast; unlike the buffet arrangement experienced in many hotels the Westbury provides full waiter/waitress service and a varied menu. We were very impressed by the quality of both food and service. The reception desk concierge and room service were all extremely helpful and courteous. We would definitely choose the Westbury for our next stay.

The stay was lovely staff very friendly and the ambiance was very Warm and welcoming in general. The location was in the midle of all activities and shopping area  yet calm surroundingThanks a lot

Excellent welcome, staff and food.
A little overpriced in the bar
Very clean bedroom and bathroom
huge bed - v comfortable
very quiet hotel
Restaurant lighting is  a bit clinical and overpowering- would benefit from being more candlelit at night
Overrall - a beautiful hotel but particularly impressed with professional staff

Plush, elegant surroundings. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast.
However, room very small and you need to pay extra to \'upgrade\' to a double bed. Bath miniscule. Had to run around in the shower to get wet. No tea & coffee in the rooms. No wi-fi internet. Air conditioning noisy and didn\'t really work so very stuffy in the room and not restful sleep. These are things I expect a hotel of this quality to just get right. Not good enough I\'m afraid.
