"The Regency Hotel bedrooms can vary"

I have stayed at The Regency Hotel several times in association with training courses; and the meeting rooms are consistently good. The bedrooms vary from very nice to less pleasant and on this occasion my room on the sixth floor had four air conditioning units within 2 metres just outside and at the same height as the window. These obscured the view and created noise. However other aspects of the hotel are fine just avoid room 617.

The old rooms which havent been upgraded are not good at all.  THankfully the hotel was accomodating and a decent room was available.  It was misleading to advertise on the website with the upgraded rooms.

Hotel was great, room slightly small but well decorated and shower was excellent.  The size did not matter as really it\'s only for sleeping in.  The price was excellent as around the same as a travel lodge and ALOT better.  Will be back!

Nice area, good hotel but we got a free upgrade that was not as good original booking but they corrected it and got what we booked.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Regency Hotel. The service was efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and the quality of the food was good although the menu was not extensive. It was also reasonably priced for central London. I would recommend and will stay there again.

Hi there,
This is the second time we have booked a stay at the Regency Hotel through your website as it is excellent value for money and the location is great.  
This particular stay was once again very good.  The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and upon arrival we told that we had been given a free room upgrade - which - whilst the rooms are not huge - we were still grateful for.
The rooms while small are clean and tidy and this will continue to be our first choice hotel to stay in next time we arrange a trip into London.

This is my second stay at the Regency and certainly not my last. The staff are very friendly, the accomodation good, and the breakfast buffet excellent. This is my favourite hotel in London.

The windows of the rooms towards the street are not well isolated against noise. Otherwise very good accommodation.
