it was too expenciv for the cervice!!! but wat can we do, if everithing is boockt

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the hotel as a whole was very clean.We had a enjoyable stay and have recomended this hotel to family and friends.
It was also a great location for visiting central London.

Small room.  Good breakfast.

Room comfortable and clean.  Public rooms pleasant.   Staff very helpful.  Meals good.  Would have welcomed better instructions on how to work the TV.  Room safe did not work - do not know how long it had been like that.  Would certainly go back and recommend it to others.

It is difficult to fault this hotel. The service and food was excellent, and the adjoining pub had a great atmosphere. However do not expect a lay in as incoming Heathrow flights start at 06.20, and passed directly overhead. There is double glazing but it was still rather noisy.
