The only criticism is tha the shower in our room was not working properly and very hot water came out of it and we were unable to adjust it.  Otherwise excellently placed for St Pancras, good service from the staff at the reception desk.

Reception was efficient and the booking was all in order but would like to suggest that the hotel specifies from the start whether beds are twin or double then the booking can be made with knowledge. It appeared random.The room was fine but there was a considerable amount of noise from adjacent showers both late at night and early morning.
Service provided by website absolutely fine.

very friedly stuffs *** breakfast was good and enough ** bathroom with toilet was large and clean *** the machine being heard in front of room 101 was so loud that I wouldn\'t spend another night in this room *** room 119 was o.K. ****

Nice friendly staff

room very small. Small TV propped on top of wardrobe. bathroom smelt of curry and smoke or something, cetainly not nice. Bed doon looked a bit doubtful. Reception not particularly helpful. Only thing going for this place considering  £70 per night was closeness to station

Room, clean and comfortable. Certainly lives up to its name. Shower, fantastic. Breakfast very good. Excellent. Pleasant stay!
