St Giles Hotel - Tottenham Court Road
The quality of the hotel was very good value for money. Very clean, tidy and comfortable appearance. However, the checking in process was very slow and inefficient. We were allocated a room that was already occupied and had to be transferred to another, all of which took over half an hour. Unfortunately due to the electrical problems that the West End were experiencing, the function we had booked to attend was cancelled, and we did not complete our stay in the hotel, and checked out three hours after booking in.

Room very small, compact, but clean, swimming pool & gym facilities excellent, staff friendly & courteous.
