hotel staff were very helpfull and we enjoyed our new year stay we would definatly stay again and would hope to see again in 2010,the room was as shown on webcam and was very clean comfortable. mr& mrs clayton.

PREFERENCE NOT FORWARDED TO HOTEL

GOOD HOTEL-REASONABLE PRICE -UNFRIENDLY SERVICE AT CHECK-IN WHEN WE MENTIONED THAT WE BOOKED A DOUBLE ROOM WITH 2 BEDS: THEY SAID THAT ONLY KING-SIZE WAS AVAILABLE & THAT IT THE AGENCY DID NOT TELL THEM THAT WE ASKED FOR KING SIZE & THAT WE SHOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU!!! I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE MISTAKE HAPPENED - BUT WHILE DOING THE RESERVATION I DID PUT IN THE COMMENT: 2 DOUBLE BEDS! THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AT CHECK-IN & ASKED US TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU INSTEAD OF THEM CHECKING WHERE THE FAULT HAS HAPPENED!
OTHERWISE NICE HOTEL WITH USUALLY QUITE GOOD SERVICE (EXCEPT FOR CHECK-IN, OF COURSE)

Lovely hotel. but inadequate customer care

staff courtesy and customer care third rate.
Perhaps more training or the personnel employed need to understand that to be polite will not mean a reduction in their salary!
Lovely hotel with great character in a first class location. but staff not first class.f
