Thistle Euston - great price

This is my normal hotel of choice and i have stayed there many times, this was the first time i have booked with London Discount Hotels, and i can only say i wished i had found you before!, i got the same standard of room that i would normaly have paid twice the price for on other 'discount offer sites', so well done!

Lovely stay

We had a very nice stay at the Thistle Euston hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was forthcoming and polite.

Problem for attention

While my stay was very pleasant and I could have no complaints about the staff, the management systems need attention. On my day of departure, housekeeping knocked three times on the door seeking to clean the room. Clearly the information that I was departing, and that cleaning the room before my departure was pointless, had not been transmitted.
