Named after the famous British naval battle of 1805, Waterloo houses one of London's mainline railway stations with trains heading off to the south west of England. From Waterloo, there is a also a train service allowing you to travel non stop to the centre of Paris in France in only 2 hours and 35 minutes via the Eurostar train. There are numerous underground lines from Waterloo station such as Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo and City Lines. There are alot of attractions here too, including the new IMAX cinema. the Young Vic and Old Vic theatres, art galleries and exhibitions such as the Llewellyn Alexander Fine Paintings and many good places to eat in award winning restaurants ie.
