Good, if standard, accommodation. It took a little persuasion to open the bar a little later than normal - the customers' wishes weren't paramount - but the beds and rooms were clean. Over-priced unless through London Discount.

Had a short but pleasant stay. Clean room, nice basic interior. Please provide for things like toothpaste.

Lovely accomodation and value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly - only problem I found was that it was dificult to find from the tube station (Fulham Broadway)

Our visit to your hotel was really good, with very nice room and good service from all the staff we dealt with.The breakfast was substantial although the seating area was inadequate when it was so busy.All in all we would come again and would also recommend friends.

very clean and pleasant stay

The room was very clean and the maid service good. I was very disappointed with the reception service. I booked an alarm call on the first morning which didn\'t happen and the next morning they put the call through 1 hour too early! Nobody could explain why this had happened and my husband checked out without having brekfast as he didn't want to wait an hour until the restuarant opened. I had asked that something special be arranged as it was our wedding anniversary weekend - we had an upgraded room but it overlooked the street so was noisy when we openend the window to get some fresh air. I had expected some little personal touch to recognise the anniversary. I was amazed that room service was not available. The food in the bar was adequate.

Great value accomodation and only a short hop to town. What more do you need?

only problem was a high pitched alarm on the first floor at 4am on sunday am for 1 hour
