Amendments to bookings
If you would like to change an existing booking, please inform us as soon as possible by email to [email protected] or by fax to fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413, however last-minute prices are not always available.
Amendments are free of charge
Theatre bookings are non refundable: tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
Cancellations of bookings
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel or our other suppliers will not be effective. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via London-Discount-Hotel.com by email to [email protected] or by fax to fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413 and the date of receipt of such written cancellation shall be deemed the date of cancellation.
Any hotel cancellation received by London-Discount-Hotel.com after we have confirmed your booking and before the date on which you booked to arrive at the accommodation where EITHER the number of rooms (irrespective of room type) OR the number of nights decreases will be charged as below (unless otherwise stated on our hotel product page):

In addition to the above, we reserve the right to charge 2% of the total value of the booking to cover credit card charges.
If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when London-Discount-Hotel.com receives notification from you during London-Discount-Hotel.com working hours (Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm UK local time).
All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after the London-Discount-Hotel.com receipt of notification.
In the case of restaurant, sightseeing and transfer bookings, you should appear at the venue punctually and as per the booked time. Should you not be punctual for whatever reason, the tour, car or boat may depart and/or the restaurant table will be released and no refund will be made.
If apartment bookings are cancelled after mid-day on the first day of the stay or if the guest does not arrive London-Discount-Hotel.com will bill as follows:
- For stays of less than seven nights, the cost of one night’s stay.
- For stays of between seven and twenty seven nights, the cost of two night’s stay.
- For stays exceeding twenty seven nights, the cost of three nights stay.
Hotel and Apartment Descriptions / Information
London-Discount-Hotel.com does not endorse or recommend any particular hotel. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website is published in good faith but you acknowledge that London-Discount-Hotel.com as booking agent cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by hotels and apartments.
Booking Criteria
Please ensure that all details are entered correctly when making your booking as no refunds will be granted as a result of incorrect entry of data. London-Discount-Hotel.com bookings are confirmed to you as soon as your credit card transaction is approved.
Please note that our website offers two different types of statuses for our rooms:
AVAILABLE: rooms on this status can be immediately booked as we are holding an option on them. London-Discount-Hotel.com bookings for available rooms are confirmed to you as soon as your credit card transaction is approved.
ON REQUEST: rooms on this status cannot be immediately booked as we are not holding an option on them; this means that bookings requests placed for these rooms CAN BE DECLINED. When a room is on request we have to check directly with the hotel whether they can meet your request and offer our contracted rate. In the event this is not possible, we will try to email you an alternative hotel offer according to your request parameters. As our alternative offer is not binding, you can just reject it so that the amount charged can be reversed in full to your credit card/bank account.
Please note: Each submission will result in a pre-authorisation for the full amount as displayed on our website. The release of these funds back to your account/credit card can take up to 10 working days.
Age
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
Customer Service

Insurance
Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.
Complaints
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to London-Discount-Hotel.com in writing as soon as possible (within 28 days of travel). Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to London-Discount-Hotel.com in writing.
Liability
London-Discount-Hotel.com does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site.
London-Discount-Hotel.com does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the London-Discount-Hotel.com website or for any products or services purchased from the London-Discount-Hotel.com website.
Change to Booking Terms
London-Discount-Hotel.com reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.
Law
Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between London-Discount-Hotel.com and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with London-Discount-Hotel.com on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
Security
London-Discount-Hotel uses the latest secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, the industry standard which is powered by the most comprehensive software available today for secure commerce transactions. SSL is the protocol used on the internet to encrypt messages so that they can be sent securely. It encrypts all of your details, including credit or debit card number, name and address and so on, so that they cannot be read as the information travels across the internet.
Your browser will “tell” you when it has established a secure connection by displaying an icon, usually a padlock in the locked position, located at the bottom of your browser window.
Also when you are on a secure server you will see in the internet address location bar a change from the normal “http:” at the beginning of the web address (URL) to “https:” This letter “s” indicates a secure connection and seeing these signs means you can feel confident that your details and privacy are secure.
