Great hotel, lovely food in the basement dining room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Although our standard room was small it was well planned with all we needed. The bed was large & comfortable and the buffet breakfast had an excellent choice of hot food which was replenished regularly. The staff were all helpful and efficient.

This hotel is extremely well situated in a district of London that is rapidly being renovated. Close to Borough Market, Tower Bridge, Tade Britain, River Thames, the City etc. Direct tube line to St Pancras, proximity Waterloo.Staff friendly, helpful and charming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I will definately use the London bridge on any future trip to London. The breakfast is worth the trip up alone! Very pleased from Plymouth.

A very nice hoptel in a good location. The room was very small but well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast that came with the room was excellent and the staff were generally very friendly. There are limited places to eat in the area, but the hotel is right across from the tube station and it is just a short ride to central London. Overall thumbs up!

This small hotel is ideally located for the Tate Modern and Shakespear\'s Globe. Its relatively small size and the feel of being in a house rather than a large hotel added to the feeling of peace and quiet after a busy day in London. All the staff I met were helpful, pleasant and courteous. The offer of taking care of out suitcases until we left London on the final day was a great service. The decor and cleanliness was very pleasing.The choice of breakfast was also very good indeed. Many thanks

We were very happy with our stay at London Bridge hotel. Discount Hotel were great value, I spent alot of time researching prices on the internet and found london discount hotel offered the best price.

We highly recommend this hotel, next to London Bridge. We stayed there 2 nights at Easter and both my friend and I are enthusiast about this hotel. Nice and clean rooms (not very spacious but ok), trendy interior, fine bathroom,…and all this in the center of London city.
And the breakfast was just perfect! Fresh orange juice, fruit salad, eggs and bacon, beans and toast, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt,…all served in an attractive way! Best price-quality hotel!

Hotel very well appointed. Good size room with double bed (no upgrade charge required here). Full size bath and great shower (many other hotels only provide shower). Air conditioning worked well and was completely silent (contrast the noisy units in some other hotels). WiFi available in the room, not just communal areas, although you had to pay extra to access this. Great full English (and continental) breakfast, but unfortunately no black-pudding. Location right next to Borough Market, Southwark Cathederal, London Dungeon, HMS Belfast and the Globe Theatre is excellent. Staff polite, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were most impressed by the quality of service and accomodation at the London Bridge Hotel. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the restaurants excellent. Great value for money! We will certainly come again when circumstances permit.

Very impressed with the room comfort, facilities and cleanliness. The checking in/out fast and efficient. We ordered a sandwich at 12.30am and although we had to wait 20 mins it was excellent, fresh and well presented. I will certainley use this hotel again on my next visit to London.

Great hotel, would definately stay again

I booked this hotel for my dad who was visiting London for a show at the O2 - from start to finish their stay there was very smooth. The breakfast buffet was mentioned every day over the 5 days. The location was perfect - so close to most of the biggest attractons in London. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for a stay and the rate we got with London Discount Hotel was the real icing on the cake. Will definitely be using them again

Definitely a positive experience. The hotel is at a good and peaceful location with good access to the underground. Superb rooms, especially the beds are nice, and a great level of cleanliness. Also the breakfast was very good and at least on a Saturday was served until 11 am, great!
The only negative point would be \"disturbance\" by the hotel staff meaning that someone knocked on our door twice. Not necessarily the worst thing on earth but can be annoying if privacy is wanted. The sign on our door handle asking for privacy got stolen so maybe other hotel guests were experiencing this too :)
All in all the London Bridge Hotel met our requirements and we\'re happy to recommend it to others as well.

I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the best ever. The staff were professional and courteous - nothing was too much for them. Food was brilliant and the accommodation was fantastic. I will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at London Hotel but it was more expensive than I can usually manage. The room was clean and tidy. Being able to make a cuppa on arrival and in the morning was great. It would have been nice to have the option of hot chocolate too. The bed was comfortable and I was warm but not too hot. The blind did allow some light in and I sleep better when it\'s dark. Breakfast was good - I always like a full English when away from home. The staff were helpful.

Generally a high standard throughout the hotel, though the room we stayed in was quite small, and there was a lot of noise from what looked like a generator or a heating system outside the window. We would recommend the hotel to friends, and would stay there again.

a pleasant change from typical \"chain\" hotels. Excellent restaurant and a really top-notch breakfast too. Another bonus is the free access to the \"Fitness First\" gym which is attached to the hotel. This is a fully equpped gym run by a recognised national fitness company and as such is so much better than the often pathetic gymnasium facilities available in other hotels. The hotel itself is ideally situated right next to the tube station and also the british rail station, but is suprisingly free from noise; I slept like a log over the weekend i was there. Taxis are equally easy to hail as they are always waiting at the station rank less than 200 yards away. All in all, an excellent hotel, if you are still debating whether to choose london bridge hotel... just do it!

Hotel room rates are high in general in London. For this type of quality, you would expect to pay in a high range.

We liked this hotel and found the staff helpful. Location was extremly convenient - downside was that is was fairly noisy but that\'s pretty much to be expected.

I spent about a week and a half looking for a hotel to book for Valentines in London. After days and hours of searching I came across London Bridge Hotel. There website was professional and the rooms looked nice. Then I came across London Discount Hotels who were offering rooms at this hotel at a very decent price. Just what I was looking for. When I got to the hotel we were very well looked after. The hotel was beautiful. We had booked a double room and the room was gorgeous. There are so many facilities at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for a business or personal stay.
The bathroom was nice and the breakfast was just bang on.

We were delighted with our stay in the London Bridge, and would certainly stay there again, and recommend it to others. The room, though small, was clean and modern. The only fault I would have found with the room is that it over looked the London Bridge Train Station, and the noise from the trains woke me early on Sat morning. Otherwise - it was great, great location, good service, and a lovely breakfast

For the money that we paid for the hotel, I could not find a fault with it. From the moment we stepped into the reception, to the moment we checked out the staff were professional, friendly and very well informed on the local area. The room was large, clean and well catered with a number of very useful magazines detailing local venues/sights. The location was useful for us as it was next to the London Bridge Tube/Train station, but it wasn\'t very noisy, which was a plus for us as we went out late! I would definitely stay again. This was our second stay at the London Bridge Hotel. I find this hotel great value for money, modern and very clean. It is a couple of tube changes from the centre of town but I think it is worth it.
The only complaint I would have from this stay is on the saturday morning we had to que to get into breakfast for about half an hour which I have never experienced before.
All in all I would always recommend this hotel to anyone.

I\'ve been fortunate to stay at this hotel quite a few times now and the quality of service and friendly welcome from all members of staff never falters. How nice is it to be greeted by \'welcome back, nice to see you again\'... but not only did they remember me, they even remembered the purpose of my visits! Now that\'s what I call \'user friendly\'.

Cleanliness of a good standard. Staff very pleasant and concierge service very helpful. Well decorated with a boutique feel, however, bedroom carpet a little worn. Only complaint would be view from hotel window which was drab and uninteresting. Overall, a pleasant stay and would use again.

We were at the LBH over the weekend and had a lovely stay. The rooms were well appointed and the bed huge and luxuriant! A flat screen TV ensured we could enjoy at least some of the Ryder Cup! The staff were all lovely and the concierge most helpful. It\'s also in a great part of London - near Borough Market and lots of nice restaurants and pubs. We\'ll definitely be back.

I can\'t fault this hotel in any way... high class accommodation, spotlessly clean (and currently undergoing complete refurbishment) but with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff who make their customers feel special... when I walked in the door on my recent visit I was greeted with \'Welcome back, nice to see you again\'. How many places do you find that!
The hotel is perfectly located; within yards of the rail station, Underground, bus station and taxis as well as within easy reach of the South Bank and all it\'s attractions.
I look forward to my next visit and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is about the sixth time I have stayed at the London Bridge Hotel, all booked through London Discount Hotel.
I have nothing but praise for this hotel... not the cheapest in London but the first rate accommodation and friendly staff make it excellent value for money. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back myself in the future.
