It was okay. Clean, but the bed needed replacing - a put-you-up metal thing - mattress really poor. Breakfast, although continental, was only ceral, bread and cheese, I supose it was filling, but not appetising. To be honest, the hotel served its purpose, cheap convenient stay in London. The staff were helpful and location good

Had slight problem when I arrived as I had no toilet in my ensuite room that I requested. It was sorted out by staff fairly quickly. The only other thing I didn\'t like about the hotel was that the reception staff requested your key whenever you went out. I have never had this requested of me before and have stayed in any hotels worldwide.

Good location, helpful staff at reception, room and bathroom were fine.

The prince william hotel in paddington is perfect if you\'re staying in london to see london and not the hotel. it\'s easy to reach, the rooms are not too small and nice and clean, a bathroom each and breakfast-good value for money. a plus was that the reception was open 24h and we could always come back. only thing i can complain about is the lift-was a bit scary! and the beds were a bit hard, but hey,some people prefer those! all in all: easy to reach and friendly, open staff...thank you!

Although the location is very good, for the price, I had stayed in better hotels/guesthouse during my holiays there. It was supossed that there was an important reduction in the price of the hotel room but this was not worth that money. It should have been cheaper.

Great location but a very small room... not enough room for two suitcases.... the breakfast was not very good the hotel we stayed in Maidstone had better breakfasts:::

The room (no. 45) was indeed very small.

The quality of the service is correct for the price.The hotel is close to the station.However the quality of the bedding is not goog (you can fell the spring under the mattress)
