Arrived at a bad time, computer was down and receptionist was stressed out. However, room was very clean and well furnished, with comfy bed. Hadn\'t read the emailed booking form which stated check-in was after 3pm. I arrived at 1pm and had to sit in reception to wait for a clean room listening to stressed receptionist.
