1. Entry to the competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over of those countries or states where the competition complies with local law and is conditional on geographical or other restrictions as notified. Entrants will be deemed to be resident in the country or state identified in their registration details.
Employees, directors, agents and contractors of London Discount Hotel and employees of companies associated with the provision of the competition, their families, their agencies or any companies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are not permitted to enter. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Only one entry per person is permitted. Closing date for the competition is midnight on 4th April 2004.
3. London Discount Hotel are the promoters.
4. Limitations of Liability: London Discount Hotel and organising companies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing or submissions in the competition.
5. The prize draw will take place on 8th April 2004. The sender of the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person will receive the prize of two (2) free nights weekend accommodation at the charming Belgravia Hotel in central London, valid until 31st October 2003 subject to availability.
6. By entering this competition you agree to being contacted by the organising companies regarding their products and services. You will be given the option to unsubscribe should you wish to do so.
7. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice.
8. Please note the conditions regarding the prize stated on the webpage, in particular, the two nights accommodation prize must be taken consecutively by 31st October 2003 and is subject to availability. It may be necessary to select alternative dates if the weekend required is fully booked. For avoidance of doubt the winner and their companion are responsible for all travel and related arrangements to the hotel in London. Should the winner wish to book additional nights at the hotel, London Discount Hotel will be glad to assist with the booking using prices available on the London Discount Hotel website at the time of booking.
