location was excellent but shame there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - staff were excellent

Very good hotel.Well situated. Staff excellent. Main problem is noise both at front and rear of hotel. Insufficient window insulation against traffic noise and noise from nearby restaurants.

The hotel has to be the best place i have ever stayed. The staff are extremeley friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is lovely i couldnt have asked for a better place, especially when it is a 2 minute walk from Oxford Street!
