It is the largest open-air art exhibition in London, on the railings of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Along Bayswater Road hundreds of artists and craftsmen are selling their own original work. Open every Sunday throughout the year, rain or shine.

Dali Universe as a labyrinth of galleries is located in County Hall. This stylish exhibition is dedicated to Spanish surrealist artist Salvador Dal� (1904-1989). It has more than 500 of his works on loan from various European collectors, including sculpture, drawings, lithographs and gold and glass objects. Perhaps the most famous work displayed here is the painting for Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound movie (1945), although the gallery also showcases sculptures, bronzes, furniture (including a copy of the Mae West 'lips' sofa) and jewellery by the artist. The exhibition gives good insight into the creative genius of Dal�, although his greatest works are still to be found overseas in the Figueras Museum (Spain) and the US (St. Petersburg, Florida). Dulwich Art Gallery is a home of magnificent collection of paintings from 17th and 18th century, including works by Rembrandt, Poussin, Claude, Rubens, Van Dyck, Murillo, Gainsborough, Watteau and many others. The gallery also serves as a mausoleum: At the rear of the building are the toms of Noel Desenfans, who was responsible for putting the collection together in the 1970s, and Sir Francis Bourgeois, who bequeathed it to Dulwich Collage. The Gallery opens it doors from Tuesday to Fridays 10am-5pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays 11am-5pm. It is closed Mondays, except Bank Holidays. Many famous and much-loved pictures are once again on view for the public to see and enjoy in the new Guildhall Art Gallery. The original gallery was burned down during a severe air raid in May 1941. The new gallery displays about 250 works of art at a time, with a programme of temporary exhibitions exploring different themes. Mostly on display are portraits, paintings of naval battles and views of historic London. There are a number of tube stations which can be taken to visit the Gallery these are Bank, St Paul�s, Mansion House (Bow Lane exit), and Moorgate.

The National Gallery, London, houses one of the greatest collections of European paintings in the world. The National Gallery was established for the benefit of all with a commitment to FREE admission, a central and accessible site, and extended opening hours. The Gallery has ensured that its collection can be enjoyed by the widest public possible, and not become the exclusive preserve of the privileged. The independent Photographers� Gallery opened in 1971 and is today one of the UK's primary venues for photography. Two buildings refurbished in 1993 accommodate the three galleries, a book shop and caf�, off Charing Cross Road. Photographers' Gallery host works of famous photographers such as Andre Kertesz, Jaques-Henri Lartique as well as lectures and theatrical events.

The Royal Collection contains one of the world�s finest groups of Dutch 17th-century paintings. Among the most enduringly popular images in Western Art, these pictures have for centuries been admired for their harmonious compositions, close observation of detail, subtle light effects and meticulous finish. The 51 outstanding examples selected for the exhibition embrace genre scenes, portraits, still-life, history paintings, landscapes and seascapes. The Queen's Gallery is located at the side of Buckingham Palace with the main entrance situated on Buckingham Palace Road.

The Royal Academy of Arts in located in Burlington House in Piccadilly. Since 1768 it has been the home of Royal Arts Gallery, the country�s first formal art school. Major international exhibitions on loan from collections around the world fill two suites of galleries and draw huge crowds. Royal Academy of Arts is an independent fine arts institution which supports contemporary artists and promotes interest in the arts through a comprehensive and ambitious exhibition programme.

The Saatchi Gallery opened its new location in spring 2003. The focus of Charles Saatchi�s art gallery is contemporary art by unseen young artists and work by artists of international repute that has either not been exhibited or exhibited very little, in the UK. The gallery provides a dedicated showcase for British art, and concentrates on exhibiting works from its own collection including large scale shows by the Chapman Brothers, Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Sarah Lucas and Jenny Saville. The Saatchi Gallery can be access from either Waterloo or Westminster tube station, and is just a few metres away from the London Eye.

The Serpentine Gallery, situated in the heart of Kensington Gardens in a 1934 tea pavilion, was founded in 1970 by the Arts Council of Great Britain. The Gallery gets its name from the nearby Serpentine Lake. Artists who have been exhibited there include Man Ray, Henry Moore, Andy Warhol, Bridget Riley and Damien Hirst. Serpentine Gallery attracts around 600,000 visitors a year and is one of London's most loved places for seeing modern and contemporary art and architecture.

Tate Britain is a home of the national collections of British art and international modern art. The gallery owns far more then it can display at once. Generally, the art is displayed chronologically, with rooms devoted to specific artists or themes, but because of the annual rehangs it�s impossible to say with any cetanity what can be seen where. There are three entrances to the gallery. The Manton Entrance leads to special exhibitions on level one, the Clore Gallery Entrance leads through two and three, devoted to Joseph Turner and his contemporaries. The Milbank Entrance provides the main access, up the riverside steps, taking you into the main part of collection.

Tate Modern is the national gallery of international modern art. Located in London, comprises the national collection of British art from the year 1500 to the present day, and of international modern art. Tate Modern stands at the heart of London, linked to St Paul's Cathedral by the New Millennium footbridge. Tate Modern is located on the south bank of the River Thames at Bank side, near Blackfriars Bridge, opposite St Paul's Cathedral and next to the Globe Theatre.

The Foundling Museum, located in Brunswick Square, London, tells the story of the Foundling Hospital, London's first home for abandoned children.
