Great hotel - excellent location and the room was blissfully quiet despite parties going on downstairs. Would recommend without hesitation!

Good quality hotel at reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfasts which were well presented and cooked to perfection.
Excelent location for Covent Garden and Shopping. Would stay there again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location too.

The ladies on reception were most charming and effortlessly moved me to a room away from the lift when I asked upon arrival. All the breakfast items were stone cold, I had to eventually ask for a cup of tea which was reluctantly supplied by a surly member of staff and was basically hot water as the tea was not brewed.

Hotel very good and well situated. However our reservation was not on their system when we arrived and so we had to wait while they sorted the problem and for a non-smoking room to become availabe.

We have just spent the weekend exploring our capital and what an action fun packed weekend it was. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful. If there wasn\'t so much to see, we would of quite happily not left the hotel at all! 10 out of 10 for value for money.

Very nice rooms, great location, but expensive (in my view). Fitness center equipment is serviceable but should be replaced.

People were very pleasant and helpful. Room was adequate although not special. We might stay again though. It was a good value and the service was good. Thanks for the help. LH
