Good service, nice room and friendly helpful staff. I\'d definitely stay there again.
Standards at this Hotel are not what thet were .
Breakfast was poor . I was unable to get the room up to a comfortable temperature and the hot water in the bathroom was just tepid . I wiil not be using this Hotel in the forseeable future .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chiswick Moran Hotel. The rooms were spacious and well designed and decorated. Continetal breakfast was good. Staff were freindly and helpful. I would have no hesitattion in recommending this hortwl or staying there again
Spacious rooms, well decorated and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good. Easy to get to by car (just off the M4). Plenty of road parking nearby (free at weekends). Couple of minutes walk to Gunnersbury Tube station. The area around the hotel felt safe even very late at night. The N9 Night Bus stops outside the hotel and is about a 35 minute journey from Trafalgar Square.
The only drawback is the 30 minute tube ride into Central London but if you don\'t need to keep going back and forward it\'s not an issue. I would stay at the Chiswick Moran again.
Dissapointed only Continentail breakfast included in your price. Parking also was an extra
A modern hotel with rooms that lacked some of the \'creature comforts\' found in some traditional 4* hotels. The room was clean and warm and the staff were friendly, although there was some confusion over the breakfast I was allowed i.e. either a hot or cold buffet. This seemed rather petty.
Comfortable room (not sure about the taste of the interior decorator!)good beakfast, very helpful staff, particularly over use of the car park. BUT the car park itself is very tricky to get out of and the ramp from the outside car park will catch low slung vehicles. A little bit expensive, but would probably use again.
very impressed with the hotel. would definately stay there again
We found the hotel to be clean and tidy. It was ideally situated for public transport into the City and Chiswick High Road and very easy to locate from the motorway. The staff were helpful & polite. We would definately use the hotel again.
Excellent rooms, excellent staff, excellent athosphere and most importantly excellent price.!
Pleasant, helpful staff on reception, nice breakfast, very clean room.
Friends and family stayed while attending my daughters wedding and all raved about the facilities service and rooms. They were all experienced travellers and would deffinately make a point of staying there again.
Having stayed at this hotel twice before and paying full price direct to hotel this visit was no different than before but we saved £130 on three night deal. The Chiswick Moran is a very nice hotel, we use it because our son lives in Chiswick and it is very close to underground station.
A lovely hotel with charming staff. Food very good if a little too plentiful for me!! Have suggested we consider this hotel more often to the Ops Manager.
Nice comfortable room, clean. Nice breakfast but slow service.
In one word excellent hotel, clean and very comfotable.Room smallish but every comfort was there, including an excellent bed abd very modern shower and bathroon.Recommended!Reservations perfect.
The overall quality and service of the hotel was very good. I was disappointed when requiring service from the bar area for brunch. The staff were not 100% familiar with the options available, plus there was a language barrier, not only between customer and client, but between the bar staff and kitchen staff to which I was exposed to. NOT GOOD.
Excellent accommodation and good decor. Lighting system in bathroom a bit dim when on full and thermostat system set on too hot, which I was not able to lower during the night.
All staff dealings excellent.
The Chiswick Moran Hotel was a convenient base for a friend\'s wedding at Chiswick Town Hall on Saturday. The London Discount Hotel deal made it very affordable, and it seemed like great value for money.
The hotel interiors are well designed and comfortable, and the room was fantastic, however the comfort and standard of the interior design was let down in a few areas as follows:
- the staff on the front desk during the day seemed moody
- the room service was extremely over priced - we paid £40 for 3 not very special sandwiches and 2 bottles of water!
- On arriving back at the hotel at 12:30am after the wedding we were hoping that there would be a quiet bar area for a night cap. Instead we were suprised to find that the bar was packed with people out for a saturday night, with very loud music playing (which could be heard from our room on the 3rd floor). We asked the member of staff at the front desk whether there was a quiet area for a drink, and he said that the noisy bar was our only option.
- The breakfast service the following morning seemed to be quite disorganised, and the food from the buffet (bacon + eggs etc) was cold.
Great hotel! Fab rooms, helpful great service (except for Sunday breakfast...but they did warn me!) thoroughly recommend it. A great hotel!
Nice modern hotel with \"designer\" rooms, big bar, good breakfast but restaurant staff not too up on British customs = ketchup and brown sauce should be available by the buffet!
A very comfortable hotel with a good resataurant, good bar and very helpful and friendly staff
Great weekend
We had to leave before breakfast was served. We think 8 am is very late to open for breakfast. Very bad that we had to pay extra to get breakfast only because the restaurant opened so late. Room service came so late that we didn\'t have time to eat, but we were still charged.
The room was fantastically decorated and had the feel of a luxurious hotel. Great colour scheme, funky lights, furniture, carpets and lots of mirrors. There was even a plasma tele. One thing missing - a mirror on the dressing table.
A couple of things let it down, there was a strange whistling noise coming from the window, on windy nights this would be really annoying. Secondly, in bathroom from time-to-time there you could here a loud flushing sound followed by a smell of raw sewage, not sure where it was coming from, but needs to be looked at.
The breakfast was really nice and the staff friendly.
Stayed at this very well kept hotel for my wedding night, The rooms are very very nice and comfortable and the general hotel is well kept. My only concern was the fact the kitchen had no eggs for breakfast (they had run out.) The service at breakfast turned into a bit of a circus, with orders being misplaced and items being substituted as they seemed to misjudge the 11am rush - not great for such a big place!
Extremely pleased withthe whole place - rooms are superb, plumbing and breakfast top rate.
Given the effort taken into creating the excellent retro-design feel it was surprising to find some silly nigles; The lack of a \'no-mist\' mirror in the bathroom, light switches only one side of the bed, tea-making awkwardly tethered in a cupboard, no room to put toiletries or hang clothes in the bathroom. Overall though the very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast, made this a very relaxing hotel to stay and explore London.
This hotel has been one of the best i have stayed in. It represents exactly what it adverstises. It boasts a grand exterior with an impressive chi interior design. Clean, big rooms, helpful, friendly staff and value for money.
Recommendations all round, with quick easy links to central london.
