The hotel is really well priced and indeed placed within London, and the rooms were all clean and tidy and breakfast was good! Really good option!

Room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The room was in a basement(no window)It was very warm so air conditioning had to be on all night.
Shower head was broken.
Breakfast was well organised and food was fresh.

The hotel single room (209)is extremely small
The the sink in the pathroom was blocked
The breakfast is very simple

The hotel is situated in a very nice area, close to the tubes, restaurants, super market, everything you need. But the room I had was sooo small that there was space only for my suitcase(which was not big either...). Also I could hear in my room all the doors from the corridor, where the first morning sleeping there, I thought someone got into my room few times, you just could hear people like they were in your room. It is rather ok for the discount price i paid through internet, which was £60 per night, so probably for london is ok.

It\'s excellent alternative acomodation in London, best location

Staff & continental b\'fast excellent. D/bed was nigh-on larger than room! Could only use it for sleeping and even then every time either of us moved we woke each other up! Kettle/sink taps very dirty, shower and hairdryer very poor. Needs investment in rooms, ours was only fit for a single bed. Will not re-visit Hotel, despite convenient location for Albert Hall & Museums. Overall very disappointed but your own service was excellent & I\'ll use you again but be more selective re.Hotel, I suppose one get\'s what one pays for!
